2. Rental Agreement
When you rent a tool from us, you agree to:
- Use the equipment responsibly and only for its intended purpose
- Return all items in the condition they were rented (allowing for reasonable wear and tear)
- Notify us promptly of any damage, loss, or malfunction
3. Payment Terms
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. Late returns may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery. Refunds are issued at our discretion depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
5. Liability
You are responsible for any damage to or loss of rented equipment during the rental period. We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper use of the tools.
6. Ownership
